At 24/7 Care, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our participants by providing person-centred programs that identify the activities they want to engage in.
Our services include daily tasks/shared living, men’s group, community participation, accommodation/tenancy, household tasks, group/centre activities, travel/transport assistance, personal activities assistance, life skills development, STA/respite, supported holidays, centre-based group activities, peer support, and more.
We also have specific programs tailored to meet specific needs. For example, we have music and swimming programs, as well as dementia carers support group.
Our community-based Activity Hub provides group outings and individual supports with outdoor games, karaoke, iPads with free Wi-Fi, smart TVs with Netflix and Stan, a garden program, arts and crafts, sensory activities, music group, and a cooking program.
At 24/7 Care, we believe in the importance of fostering a sense of community among our participants. That’s why we hold regular events like fortnightly BBQs and a monthly disco on the last Friday of each month! These events provide opportunities for our participants to connect with one another and enjoy a sense of belonging. We are committed to respecting the cultural, spiritual, and educational practices of all cultures and backgrounds.
