Getting There
Parking
- Parking is at Newcastle Showground.
- Enter via Griffiths Rd
- Parking costs $7 for the whole day
- Patrons can also be dropped off and collected at the Brown Rd entry which leads directly to the Expo entrance.
Parking staff will be onsite to help and manage parking.
Public Transport
Train – Broadmeadow Station is the closest train station to the Expo. It is about a 200‑metre walk from the station to the Expo entrance.

Bus – Newcastle Buses operate a bus service to and from Broadmeadow Station. For bus timetables, please visit Newcastle Buses.
Accessible Parking and 4U Care Shuttle Bus
For people with accessible needs:
- Accessible parking is available in Bays 2 and 3
- A fully accessible 4U Care Shuttle Bus runs all day
- The shuttle connects people from the parking to the Expo entrance
- This makes access easy and comfortable

Taxi/ Drop off zone
A dedicated drop-off zone is located on Brown Road directly outside the Centre.
